Cancelation & Refund Policy 

At Websidezone Media and Technologies Private Limited, we strive to deliver professional, high-quality services in Business Consultancy, Web Design & Development, App Development, Graphic Design, Content Writing, Business Legal Compliances, E-commerce Management, and related digital solutions.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy keeps things fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards.

1) Cancellation of Services

1.1 Request for Cancellation

  • Submit all cancellation requests only via email to contact@websidezone.com.

  • Verbal/informal requests are not valid.

1.2 Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Subject to the signed Service Agreement/Proposal/Quotation/Invoice terms.

  • Certain services (e.g., domains, hosting, third-party subscriptions, ad credits, one-time setup, consultancy and discounted services) are non-cancellable once initiated.

1.3 Cancellation Fees

  • If work has begun, a fee will apply based on effort, resources, and costs already incurred.

  • We’ll confirm applicable fees before processing cancellation.

2) Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

  • Considered only where explicitly stated in the Service Agreement.

  • Delivered/consumed services (e.g., completed campaigns, delivered designs, reports, consultancy hours) are non-refundable.

2.2 Non-Refundable Components (always deducted, if refund is approved)

  • Onboarding / Setup Fees

  • Payment Gateway / Transaction Charges

  • Third-Party Costs (Domains, Hosting, Licenses, SaaS tools, Advertising Credits, etc.)

2.3 Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 working days (bank/gateway delays excluded) via the original payment method only.

3) No-Refund Scenarios (Industry Standard)

Refunds are not applicable for:

  1. Change of mind after project commencement.

  2. Client-side delays in content/approvals/feedback causing project slippage.

  3. Services involving third-party vendors (Google, Meta, Hosting, SaaS tools, etc.).

  4. Digital products / special discounted offers (e.g., workshops, training, low-cost website and other service offers).

  5. Projects/services delivered or in advanced execution stages.

4) Dispute Resolution

  • Raise disputes in writing to contact@websidezone.com.

  • We aim for amicable, transparent resolution.

  • Governed by laws of India; courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
